M. Munda writes fantasy. I am a programmer by trade, which shows: I am more interested in how a thing works than in how it looks, and the books are about a man who inherits a shop and has to work out what things cost.

That is the tension I am after. Magic is a supply chain. A door to another world is a customer with strange money. Somebody has to price it, write it down, and be right by Friday.

The Shop Between Worlds is four novels with a planned ending rather than an open one. Book 1 is finished, Book 2 is being written, and the last two are outlined. I write in the evenings, publish independently, and edit more than I draft.

The day job is software, under Munda Plus. Also in progress there: willtheylike.it, not launched yet.
